Admin - These are people who have access to the Divvy web app. They have the responsibility of adding people to their organization, ordering cards, assigning people as owners/members, and creating budgets. Admin have the ability to view all transactions and export data as needed.

Budgets- Budgets are created by Divvy Admins. They will choose an Owner for each budget. The Owner will then allocate funds to Spenders. This makes it impossible to overspend!

Budget Expiration Date - This lets you know how long the budget will last. After this date, the funds within the budget will not be available.

Burner Card- This is a virtual card that expires after 7 days. This makes it possible for you to make a payment without worrying that some other company has your card number. This burner card will be available just long enough for them to complete the transaction and disappear before they have the chance to commit fraud.

Categories- Before you swipe your card or make an online purchase, select a category. Categorizing your purchases allows you to see exactly where your money is going in real-time.

Members- Members are assigned to specific budgets. They only have access to funds within the budget that have been approved for them by the Owner. All transactions made by Members may be seen by Owners and Admin.

Owners - Owners are smack dab in the middle of the Divvy Hierarchy. There may be one or more Owners assigned to each budget by the Admin. Owners have the ability to send or approve funds within the designated budget; this is done through the mobile app.

Physical Card- These are the smartest cards on the market. Each card syncs with the Divvy App in order to gain access to funds, categorize purchases and spend proactively. Feel free to use them domestically or internationally. World traveler, you.

Recurring Budgets - In a business, many things repeat themselves. Instead of having to make the same budgets over and over again. Simply make a recurring budget. Maybe you buy your employees lunch each day. Set the budget to recur daily and you won’t have to worry about giving out money every day. Do the same thing for weekly, yearly, or any other amount of time.

Request Funds - As a Member, you can request money from the Owner of a budget. If your request is approved, you will have access to that amount of money within the budget.

Send Funds - As an Owner, you have the ability to allocate funds from a budget to a Member. This Member will only have access to the funds allocated. Not the entire budget. Thank goodness.

Subscriptions - With so many amazing products out there, we tend to subscribe to a lot of important things. Track all your subscriptions in one place. Just simply pay with a virtual card and indicate it as a subscription. If you decide you want to cancel a subscription, simply cancel the card. They can’t charge a card that doesn't exist.

Virtual Cards- Yes, they are real! Virtual card technology allows you to generate as many card numbers as you want. Use these cards for online purchases. That way if some crazy hacker steals your payment information from Amazon, then you only need to cancel that one card that you created for that one account. If we were still doing it the old-fashioned way, you would have to cancel the card you use for everything. Imagine having to update your card information for Netflix, Dropbox, Slack, etc. Time is money! So, we are basically giving you money...
