Whether it’s an Admin, Member, or Bookkeeper, you may want to change the role of a person in Divvy. Follow the steps below to change a person’s role.

  1. From the Divvy web platform, you'll navigate to the People page.

  2. Choose the person you’d like to change roles for. Then click on the Options dropdown and select Edit person.

  3. Change the person's role by selecting one of the options in the menu.

Make sure to click Update person to save the change.

When a Bookkeeper role is selected, you can choose to give the Bookkeeper additional permission to:

  1. Make payments

  2. Edit custom fields and manage accounting integrations
