In order to spend money, you'll have to first assign yourself funds from the budget just as you would with budget members. Now that you have assigned yourself funds you can use your physical card; you can also create a member or vendor virtual card to start spending.
However, if you turn on shared funds for budgets, owners will have access to all funds by default. Learn how to turn on access to shared funds for all budget members here.
