Adding or removing someone as a budget owner can easily be done through the Divvy web platform. If you are trying to add or remove a budget owner you will need to do one of the following depending on the user's current role within your budget. 


Web

  1. In the Divvy Navigation Menu, click the Budgets link.

    Open Budgets

  2. Select the budget you want to edit [1]. You can also use the Search field to find a budget [2].

3. From the Budget Snapshot page, click the Edit Roster link.

4. To edit a budget owner, click the checkbox next to the owner [1]. To demote them to a budget member, click the Demote to Member link [2]. To remove the owner from the budget, click the Remove link [3].

5. To edit a budget member, click the checkbox next to the member [1]. To promote the member to budget owner, click the Promote to Owner link [2]. To remove the member from the budget, click the Remove link [3].

6. To confirm you want to remove budget members or owners, click the Yes, Remove button.

7. To add a user to the budget, click the Add People button.
