As a Divvy admin, you can request a credit increase from the Divvy Dashboard. A team at Divvy will review your request and contact you if additional information is required.

You can request a credit increase once every 90 days. Requests over $150,000 require a linked bank account and may require the submission of additional financial statements.

  1. In the Divvy Navigation Menu, click the Dashboard link.

  2. In the Credit Info section, click the Request Credit Increase button.

  3. Enter your desired total credit limit in the Enter Desired Limit field [1].

  4. Enter a description for your request in the Reason for Increase field [2].

  5. Click the Submit Request button [3].

  6. Once you’ve submitted your credit increase request, our team will evaluate it. Expect to hear from us via email in 7-10 business days to give us enough time to carefully evaluate your request.

Why am I unable to request a credit increase?

It’s important to note a credit increase request may only be submitted once every 90 days. If you’re unable to submit a credit increase request, you have created an account or submitted a credit increase request within the last 90 days.

Why can't I click the Submit Request button in the Request credit increase window?

Make sure the desired credit limit you have entered is higher than your current total credit limit. Also ensure you have provided a reason for your increase request.
