To learn how to submit a credit increase request, follow the steps below.
1. Navigate to your Company Details page.
2. Under Credit Info, click the REQUEST CREDIT INCREASE button.
3. Enter your desired total credit limit and reason for increase.
4. Click SUBMIT REQUEST.
Once you’ve submitted your credit increase request, our team will evaluate it. Expect to hear from us via email in 7-10 business days to give us enough time to carefully evaluate your request.

Why am I unable to request a credit increase?
It’s important to note a credit increase request may only be submitted once every 90 days. If you’re unable to submit a credit increase request, you have created an account or submitted a credit increase request within the last 90 days.
Why can't I click SUBMIT REQUEST in the Request credit increase window?
Make sure the desired credit limit you have entered is higher than your current total credit limit. Also ensure you have provided a reason for your increase request.
