Physical card:

Mobile app

  • From the home screen, select the settings icon
  • Select “manage physical card”
  • Select the ellipses in the top right and select “freeze card” from the list of options
  • Your card is now frozen. You can unfreeze the card at any time by following these same steps

Web platform

  • Navigate to the settings page
  • Click on “freeze card” 
  • *Note: you may need to refresh the page after freezing your card in order for the card status to appear as frozen
  • Your card is now frozen. You can unfreeze the card at any time by following these same steps

Budget virtual card

Mobile app

  • Navigate to the wallet tab
  • Under the “budget cards” section, select the card you want to freeze
  • Select the ellipses in the top right and then “freeze card” from the list of options
  • Your card is now frozen. You can unfreeze the card at any time by following these same steps

Web Platform

  • Navigate to the virtual card tab
  • Select the card you want to freeze and a side-bar will appear
  • Select the ellipses in the top right and then “freeze card” from the list of options
  • Your card is now frozen. You can unfreeze the card at any time by following these same steps

Member virtual card (mobile app only)

  • Navigate to the wallet tab
  • Under the “member cards” section, select the card you want to freeze
  • Select the ellipses in the top right and select “freeze card” from the list of options
  • Your card is now frozen. You can unfreeze the card at any time by following these same steps
