While the experience in Divvy is intuitive, every so often, a few stragglers in your company may need a gentle reminder to finish up a few transactions. We can send out automated emails every week to remind employees to categorize incomplete transactions. 

If you need to turn reminder emails on or off at any time, it’s easy. 

From your web browser:

  1. Log in to Divvy and select Settings from the left menu.
  2. Choose Notifications from the top menu.
  3. Under “Subscribe all to weekly reminder email,” switch the toggle to on

Individual users can also turn reminder emails on or off. 

From your web browser:

  1. Log in to Divvy and click on Your Initials from the left menu.
  2. Select Profile
  3. Choose Notifications from the top menu.
  4. Under “Subscribe to a weekly reminder email,” switch the toggle to on

Administrators can manage email subscriptions company-wide. (As of now, you can’t group reminders by team).  

If you manage multiple companies, you can pick which companies you want to receive reminder emails and turn them off for the others. Just adjust the toggle in the individual company settings.
