If a user loses the device they use for MFA or gets a new phone number, they will need to reset their MFA in order to log in to Divvy. Divvy users can reset their own MFA from the Divvy app or have an admin reset the MFA for them.

As an admin, you can reset the MFA for a user by following the steps in this article.


Note: An admin cannot reset MFA on a person with multi-company logins set up.

Web Browser

1. Select People from the left menu.

Open People page

2. Click the name of the person you’d like to edit [1]. To find a user, enter the user's name in the Search field [2]

3. Click the Options button [1].

4. Select the Reset MFA option [2].

5. To confirm, click the Reset MFA button.

The next time this person logs in, they’ll be prompted to enroll in MFA again from the device of their choice.
