If you have a OneWorld account with NetSuite, you can use the steps in this article to enable the NetSuite integration in Divvy. Learn how to set up the NetSuite integration for non-OneWorld accounts or view the NetSuite integration FAQ.
After your NetSuite integration has been completely set up, you need to configure the integration in order for transactions to sync.
Note: A NetSuite administrator is required in order to integrate NetSuite with Divvy.

Open NetSuite Integration
In the Divvy Navigation Menu, click the Integrations link.
In the Available Integrations section [1], find the NetSuite integration. Then click the Connect button [2]. This launches the connection wizard, which will walk you through connecting NetSuite to Divvy. Be careful not to rush through this. Each step is critical to a proper connection. Errors or skipped steps will cause the integration to not work properly.
Install Divvy SuiteApp
In the NetSuite Navigation Menu, click the SuiteApps link.
In the Search field, enter "Divvy" [1]. Then select the Divvy SuiteApp [2].
Click the Install button.
Confirm the installation by clicking the Install button again.
Enable Token-Based Authentication
In the NetSuite Navigation Menu, click the Setup link [1], select the Company option [2], and click the Enable Features link [3].
Click the SuiteCloud link.
Find the Manage Authentication section and click the Token-Based Authentication checkbox.
In the connection wizard, click the Next button.
Assign Role to Admin
In the NetSuite Navigation Menu, click the Setup link [1], select the User/Roles option [2], and click the Manage Users link [3].
Select the admin user who will be making journal entries in Divvy.
Click the Access link and find the Role tab.
Click the Edit link to assign the Divvy Integration Role to the admin [1].
Click the Save button [2].
In the connection wizard, click the Next button.
Enter NetSuite Account ID
In the NetSuite Navigation Menu, click the Setup link [1], select the Company option [2], and click the Company Information link [3].
Find and copy the account ID.

3. Paste the account ID in the Enter Account ID field of the connection wizard.

4. In the connection wizard, click the Next button.
Create Access Token
In the NetSuite Navigation Menu, click the Setup link, select the Users/Roles option, and click the New link.
Click the Application Name drop-down menu and select the Divvy Integration option.
Click the User drop-down menu and select the admin user who was assigned the Divvy Integration role.
Click the Role drop-down menu and select the Divvy Integration Role option.
Click the Save button.
View the confirmation page and copy the token ID and token secret.
Copy the Token ID and token secret in the Token ID and Token Secret fields of the connection wizard.
In the connection wizard, click the Next button.
Sync Receipt Images
To sync receipt images to transactions, click the Enable Receipt Sync toggle button.
Note: Setting up receipt sync may incur extra costs from NetSuite.
Configure Integration
After your NetSuite integration has been completely set up, you need to configure the integration in order for transactions to sync.
