As an admin, you can order cards from the Cards Page or People page. You can order cards for an individual or multiple people at the same time. Any shipping fees are calculated by recipient address

For companies using Divvy’s Visa® Business cards, cards shipped using Fedex include a mobile notification will be sent to the cardholder so they can track their package all the way to their doorstep.

Order Cards from Cards Page

  1. In the Divvy Navigation Menu, click the Cards link [1]. Then click the Physical card orders link [2].

  2. Click the Order Physical Card button.

Order Cards from People Page

  1. In the Divvy Navigation Menu, click the People link.

  2. Click the Options button [1] and select the Order physical cards option [2].

  1. Select one or more people you’d like to order a card for. If you select more than one person, the cards will be sent to your company address by default. If you need to send these to individual addresses, you need to order cards individually.

  2. To cancel the previous physical cards for the user(s), click the Card lost or stolen checkbox.

  3. Select one of the following shipping methods:

    1. USPS (7-14 business days): No fee

    2. FedEx (4-6 business days): $20 fee

    3. FedEx (2-3 business days): $50 fee

    Note: All shipping fees are applied per address.

  4. Select a shipping address. You can ship cards to the company's address [1] or enter another address [2].

  5. Click the Request button.

Check Physical Card Order Status

  1. In the Divvy Navigation Menu, click the Cards link [1]. Then click the Physical card orders link [2].

  2. From this page, you can view important information like the order ID, order status, card number, shipping address, who created the order, and when the order was placed [1].

  3. To view the order status, click the order [2].

  4. The Order Status window displays the card's shipping status [1]. If your card was expedited and shipped by Fedex, you view additional tracking data by clicking the Track with FedEx link [2].
