There are a couple of different ways you can order physical cards. One way is from the Card page and another is from the People page. Here is what we’ll cover today:

Ordering cards from the Cards page

  1. From your Divvy dashboard, click on the ‘Cards’ icon in the left navigation.

  2. From there, select Physical card orders in the secondary navigation on the left side of the screen.

  3. Then click on ‘Order physical cards’.

  4. Select one or more people you’d like to order a card for.

    Note: If you select more than one person, the cards will be sent to your company address by default. If you need to send these to individual addresses, you’ll need to order cards individually.

  5. Choose a shipping method and address.

Ordering cards from the People page

You can order cards from the People page two different ways. The first way is by clicking on the ‘OPTIONS’ menu at the top of the People page. The second way is to click on the individual person and then clicking on ‘OPTIONS’. For the following steps, we’ll focus on the first method from the People page.

  1. From your Divvy dashboard, click on the ‘People’ icon in the left navigation. From there, click on ‘Order Physical Card’ on the top right corner of your screen.

  2. Click on ‘OPTIONS’. Then select Order physical cards.

  3. Select one or more people you’d like to order a card for.

    Note: If you select more than one person, the cards will be sent to your company address by default. If you need to send these to individual addresses, you’ll need to order cards individually.

  4. Choose a shipping method and address.

  5. Click 'REQEST'.

How to check the status of physical card orders

  1. From your Divvy dashboard, click on the ‘Cards’ icon in the left navigation. From there, click on Physical card orders in the secondary navigation on the left.

  2. Here you will be able to view important information like the order ID, order status, card number, shipping address, who created the order, and when the order was placed.

    Note: If your card was expedited and shipped by Fedex, you view the Fedex tracking number by clicking onto the order and then clicking on ‘Track with FedEx’.
