If your payment has failed and your account has been placed on a temporary hold, you'll see a banner like the below.

If you, as an admin, see this yellow banner, please use the "click here" link to make a payment to on your account.

Please note that until we're able to remove the hold on your account, no one in your business will be able to spend on their Divvy cards. (If they try to spend, they will receive a decline.) This also applies to virtual cards.
