There are a few tables you are able to download from within Divvy. Here is a list. Click each link to get step by step instructions on how to download each list.


Budgets List

  1. In the Divvy Navigation Menu, click the Budgets link.

  2. Tap the Download icon [1] and select the Budget list option [2].

3. Your list of budgets will download as a CSV. The file includes the budget name, type, limit, amount spent, amount assigned, and amount available.


Budget Membership

  1. In the Divvy Navigation Menu, click the Budgets link.

  2. Tap the Download icon [1] and select the Budget list with roster option [2].

    3. Your list of budgets will download as a CSV. The file includes the name, type, limit, amount spent, amount assigned, and amount available for each budget. It also includes the name, membership status, membership type, current limit, amount spent, and amount assigned for each budget member, budget owner, and card.


People List

  1. In the Divvy Navigation Menu, click the Budgets link.

  2. Tap the Download icon.

  3. A list of all the users in your company will download as a CSV. The file includes the users' names, email address, role, physical card status, membership status, date added, and budget count.


Transactions - Adjustments

  1. In the Divvy Navigation Menu, click the Transactions link [1] and select the Adjustments link [2]. You may have to click the Expand icon in order for the Adjustments link to display [3].

  2. Click the Download icon.

  3. Your Adjustments table will download as a CSV. The file includes the date, type, and amount of each adjustment.


Transactions - Declined

  1. In the Divvy Navigation Menu, click the Transactions link [1] and select the Declined link [2]. You may have to click the Expand icon in order for the Adjustments link to display [3].

  2. Click the Download button.

  3. Your transaction table will download as a CSV. The list includes the transaction ID, date, name, decline reason, merchant, amount, card name, card type, last four digits, expiration date, card program, budget ID, card ID, user ID, cardholder email, budget, and MCC.


Transactions - Fees

  1. In the Divvy Navigation Menu, click the Transactions link [1] and select the Fees link [2]. You may have to click the Expand icon in order for the Adjustments link to display [3].

  3. Your Fees table will download as a CSV. The file includes the date, type, and amount of all fees.


Transactions - Payments

  1. In the Divvy Navigation Menu, click the Transactions link [1] and select the Payments link [2]. You may have to click the Expand icon in order for the Adjustments link to display [3].

  2. In the Payment History section, click the Download icon.

  3. Your payment history will download as a CSV. The file includes the status, date posted, date submitted, amount, and type of all payments.


Transactions - Pending and Cleared

  1. In the Divvy Navigation Menu, click the Transactions link [1] and select the Pending and cleared link [2]. You may have to click the Expand icon in order for the Adjustments link to display [3].

  2. Click the Export icon [1]. To export only visible columns, click the Only export visible columns checkbox [2].

  3. Select if you want to export your transactions as a CSV [3], QBO [4], or OFX file [5]. You can also export receipts only [6].

  4. A link to download your transactions export will be sent to your email address.
