We've written out a couple of emails for you to send to your employees to help get them started with Divvy. Feel free to copy/paste the emails below, add your own information or instruction, and send out to your company to make sure they know how to get started.

Email 1

Hello everyone,

We are implementing a new software called Divvy to help make using a corporate card and managing expenses easier. You’ll need to do a few things to get started:

1. Set up your account. You’ll receive an invite to Divvy from your admin. Follow the instructions on the email to create your password and log in.

2. Download the mobile app. You can categorize expenses, request funds, and activate your card with the app—so make sure to download it. (Download on Android and iOS).

3. Activate your card. Once you receive your card, you’ll need to activate it in order to use it.

How to activate your card on mobile:

  1. Open the app and log in.

  2. Once logged in, you'll see a picture of your Divvy card. Press Activate Card and enter the last 4 digits of your physical card.

  3. All done! Your card should now be active and good to go.
