I filled out an application but was declined for a line of credit previously. Do I need to submit a new application?

It depends. In order to qualify for Credit Builder, you will need to have submitted an application within the last 30 days. If it has been longer than 30 days, you will need to re-submit your application to qualify for Credit Builder. If you have questions regarding your application, please email [email protected].

How is the Credit Builder program different from the standard Divvy program?

The standard Divvy program includes a line of credit, where the full balance must be paid on the payment due date. (No float is included in this program.)

The Credit Builder program is for businesses who were not approved for a line of credit. This is a program that allows businesses to make payments to Divvy in a way to preload their account and then spend. By using Divvy to spend, Credit Builder participants still receive Divvy rewards and can use the software to manage all of their spending and expenses.

When will my Divvy business card(s) arrive?

Once you’ve qualified for and accepted Divvy’s Credit Builder program, a single card will automatically be shipped to your physical business address that was entered on the application. This takes 7-14 days to arrive. If you would like additional physical cards, or if you need to change the address that the cards ship to, please follow the steps in this help article.

Will I have access to virtual cards with Credit Builder?

Does this program work like a Net 30 account?
