If your company requires receipts on transactions, they may allow spenders to designate a receipt as missing or unavailable. If you do not have a receipt for a transaction made with your Divvy card, you can follow the steps below to indicate your receipt as missing or unavailable. This selection will require approval from an account administrator.

Note: If the option to designate a receipt as missing or unavailable does not display for your transaction, receipts are not required for this transaction or missing receipts are not allowed for your company’s Divvy account.
