This lesson describes how to approve and deny single or multiple transactions from a web browser or the Divvy mobile app.
Web
In the Divvy Navigation Menu, click the Transactions link.

Approve or Deny Individual Transaction
1. To approve or deny an individual transaction, click the name of the transaction.

2. Review the details of the transaction.
3. To deny the transaction, click the Deny button [1]. To approve the transaction, click the Approve button [2].

Approve or Deny Multiple Transactions
To approve or deny multiple transactions, click the checkboxes for the transactions you want to update [1].
Click the Bulk Action button [2].
To approve all selected transactions, click the Approve button [3]. To deny all selected transactions, click the Deny button [4].

Mobile
Tap the More icon.

2. Tap the Transactions link.

Approve or Deny Individual Transaction
1. To approve or deny an individual transaction, tap the name of the transaction.

2. Review the details for the transaction.
3. To deny the transaction, tap the Deny button [1]. To approve the transaction, tap the Approve button [2].

Approve or Deny Multiple Transactions
To approve or deny multiple transactions, tap and hold an individual transaction that you want to update [1].
After the checkboxes display next to all transactions, tap the checkboxes for all transactions you want to update [2].
Tap the Approve or Deny link [3].

4. Review the details of the transactions you selected.
5. To deny all transactions, tap the Deny button [1]. To approve all transactions, tap the Approve button [2].
