A recent update to your QuickBooks Online integration may have caused your Divvy and QuickBooks Online accounts to be disconnected.

Don’t worry, you shouldn’t need to go through the full setup process again. Here are the steps you can take to reconnect your account:

Web Browser

  1. In the Divvy Navigation Menu, click the Integrations link.

Integrations Link

2. The button on your QuickBooks Online integration tile will read Connect or Configure. The status may show connected, but continue with the following steps regardless.

View QuickBooks Online Integration

3. Click the Connect or Configure button. You may be prompted to enter your QuickBooks Online credentials. If prompted, re-enter your QuickBooks Online login credentials to reconnect your account.

If you click the button and you aren’t prompted to enter your credentials, your account remains connected and you can stop here.

Note: All Divvy Admins in your company will receive this message as well, but only one admin needs to enter the QuickBooks Online login credentials to continue syncing your Divvy transactions.

If you have additional questions or need help with using Divvy, please contact the Divvy Support team.
