As a spender, you can view details of any transaction you have made with your Divvy card. As an admin, you can view details for any transaction in your Divvy account. Both spenders and admins can access options associated with their transactions. Available options vary based on user role.

  1. In the Divvy Navigation Menu, select the Transactions link [1]. To filter the page to display only pending and cleared transactions, select the Pending and cleared link [2]. To filter the page to display only declined transactions, select the Declined link [3].

2. Click the name of the transaction you want to view [1]. To search for a transaction, enter the card holder, merchant name, budget name, or card number in the Search field [2].

3. The Transaction details sidebar displays relevant information about the transaction, including the transaction status [1], card holder [2], transaction amount [3], and card number [4].

4. Depending on the budget associated with the transaction, there may be required fields [5] and optional fields [6]. To complete the field, click the drop-down menu and select the desired option.

5. To upload a receipt to the transaction, click the Add icon or drag and drop the file into the Transaction details sidebar [7].

6. In the Notes field, enter any notes for the transaction [8].

7. If the transaction was made in a country outside the United States, the Transaction details page displays any applied foreign fees [1] and the transaction amount in the currency where the transaction was made [2].

8. To view the history of a transaction, click the History link [1]. The History page displays all events related to the transaction [2].

9. To view the Options menu for a transaction, click the Options icon [1].

10. If you are an admin, you can lock custom fields [2], mark the transaction as reviewed [3], sync the transaction to your accounting integration [4], or mark the transaction as synced [5].

11. If you are a spender who made the transaction, you can split the transaction [6], dispute the transaction [7], and manage transaction defaults [8].

  1. In the Divvy Navigation Bar, tap the Transactions icon [1]. If the Transactions icon is not in your Navigation Bar, tap the More icon [2], then tap the Transactions link [3].

2. Tap the transaction you want to view.
