Divvy monitors all transactions for any activity that might be out of the ordinary and could potentially indicate fraud. If we notice a transaction like this on your Divvy card, you will receive a notification that will allow you to review the transaction. You can confirm the transaction was made by you or indicate that the transaction was made by someone else. You can either dispute the transaction and cancel the card or freeze the card to review transactions without additional transactions being made.
Note: You can only review unusual transactions from the Divvy mobile app; you cannot review unusual transactions from a web browser.
