If you lost or misplaced your QuickBooks integration sync token from the initial setup process, you will need to create a new token. A token can be found in Integration Setup Tutorial by removing the initial integration and reconnecting it.

Note: Following the steps in the article will not affect existing sync dashboard profiles or current mapping selections.


Web Browser

  1. In the Divvy Navigation Menu, click the Integrations link.

  2. Find the QuickBooks Desktop integration [1]. Then click the Remove link [2]. This will not affect existing sync dashboard profiles or current mapping selections.

  3. In the Available Integrations section [1], find the QuickBooks Desktop integration. Then click the Connect button [2].

  4. Advance through the QuickBooks Desktop Integration Setup Tutorial.

  5. A new sync token displays in step 8 of page 4 of the Tutorial [1].

  6. To copy the token, click the Copy Sync Token button [2]. Store your sync token in a secure location to use when creating a new sync profile or in the event it is needed later.

  7. On your desktop, open the Sync Dashboard.

  8. To set up a new sync profile using your new token, click the New button.
