If you have permission to review reimbursement requests, you can enable notifications for reimbursement requests from your Profile page. Reimbursement notifications list any reimbursement requests that require your approval.

By default, notifications are sent instantly via email. You can manage notification settings so your notifications are sent via email or the Alerts page on the mobile app. You can also manage the frequency of notifications so they are sent daily or weekly.


Web

  1. In the Divvy Navigation Menu, click your Profile link.

2. Click the Settings tab.

3. To enable your reimbursement notifications, click the Enable Reimbursement Notifications toggle button [1]. By default, notifications are sent instantly via email.

4. To manage how and when notifications are sent, click the Update Settings button [2].

5. In the Type field, select which notifications you would like to receive. You can receive notifications by email [1] or the Alerts page on the mobile app [2].

6. In the Frequency section, select how often you want to receive notifications. You can select to receive notifications daily [3] or weekly [4].

7. If you elect to receive notifications on a weekly basis, you can select which day the notifications will be delivered. To select your notification date, tap the Day drop-down menu [7]. Then select your notification date.

8. To save your change, tap the Done button.


Mobile

  1. In the Mobile Navigation Menu, tap the More link.

2. Tap the Notifications link.

3. To enable reimbursement notifications, tap the Reimbursements toggle button. By default, notifications are sent instantly via email.

4. To select how you want to receive notifications, tap the Type field [1]. You can elect to receive notifications by email or the Alerts page on the mobile app.

5. To select how often you want to receive notifications, tap the Frequency field [2]. You can receive notifications daily or weekly.

6. If you elect to receive notifications on a weekly basis, you can select which day the notifications are delivered. To select your notification date, tap the Day field [3].
