As an admin, you can manage multiple areas of your account from the Account Settings menu. In this article, you will find descriptions for each of the Account Settings sections and links to additional guides where you can learn more.

View Account Settings

The Account Settings menu can be opened by clicking the Settings link in the Divvy Navigation menu [1]. From the Account Settings menu, you can view links to settings for the following features: bank accounts [2], company information [3], custom fields [4], merchant controls [5], notifications [6], payments [7], reimbursements [8], spend approvals [9], and transactions [10].

From the Bank Accounts page, you can add and manage bank accounts used for payments [1] and underwriting [2].

Company Information Settings

From the Company Information page, you can view your company's logo, name, addresses, and time zone. To edit your company information, click the Edit link.

Note: Your company name cannot be edited.

Custom Field Settings

From the Custom Fields page, you can view and manage all the custom fields for your Divvy account. To search for a custom field, enter the field name in the Search field [1]. To export a CSV file of all custom fields, click the Export icon [2].

Merchant Control Settings

From the Merchant Controls page, you can manage settings for account-level merchant controls. Merchant controls allow you to block specific spending categories or only allow specific spending categories for Divvy transactions.

Merchant controls are currently only available to Divvy accounts in a closed beta group. If you are interested in joining this group and using this feature, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

Notification Settings

From the Notifications page, you can have Divvy send an automated email to all users that will remind them to categorize incomplete transactions. Users can still manage their own notification settings from their User Settings. Learn more about weekly reminder emails.

Payment Settings

From the Payments page, you can manage your billing cycle [1] and low balance autopay [2].

Reimbursement Settings

From the Reimbursements page, you turn the Reimbursements feature on or off and manage settings for ACH payments and mileage rate. Learn how to manage reimbursement settings.

Spend Approval Settings

From the Approvals page, you can manage settings for approving transactions [1] and reimbursement requests [2] in your Divvy account.

Transaction Settings

Transaction settings are divided into two sections: Automation Rules and Receipt Settings.

From the Automation Rules page, you can create and manage rules that automatically apply custom field selections for transactions with specific budgets [1] or merchants [2].

Receipt Settings

From the Receipt Settings page, you can require receipts for specific budgets or transactions amounts and allow missing receipts on transactions. Learn more about receipt settings.
