Groups are a beta feature. If you cannot access groups in your account, this feature has not been enabled. For more information about enabling this feature, contact your Customer Success Manager.

As an admin, you can create a group from the Budgets page. Groups can be used to organize and manage budgets in your account. Groups have a designated limit, which is the total amount that be spent within that group during your select time interval. Each time the interval passes, the limit resets.

In order to spend from the group limit, you can create budgets inside the group. Grouped budgets include their own budget limit, which is deducted from the overall group limit. You can have up to three group levels within a parent group.

Each group must have at least one group owner. Group owners can create and manage budgets and create additional groups and limits within the group. Group owners can perform several actions that impact spending within their group, including creating budgets, setting budget limits, adding and removing budget members, and creating vendor cards. Unless they are admins, group owners cannot edit the limit to the top-level group to which they are assigned.
