Admins and spenders can view the progress of a disputed transactions. Dispute details include the progress status, submission date, dispute reason, and provisional credit, if applicable. Before you can view dispute details, you must first complete the steps to dispute the transaction.

When viewing the progress of a dispute, the dispute may be listed as Submitted, In Progress, or Closed. Submitted disputed have been completed but has not been given a provisional credit. In Progress disputes are in the process of being investigated and has been allotted a provisional dispute. Closed disputes have been resolved either in favor of you or the merchant. If a dispute is closed in favor of the merchant, any provisional credit is reversed.

  1. In the Divvy Navigation Menu, click the Transactions link.

  2. Click the transaction you want to view [1]. Disputed transactions display a Disputed, Closed - Won, or Closed - Lost status label [2].

  3. If the transaction has been disputed, you can view a banner with the date of the dispute [1]. Learn how to dispute a transaction.

  4. To view additional details of the transaction, click the View details link [2].

  5. If the dispute is in Submitted status, it will display Submitted as a label and the current progress status [1]. You can also view additional details of the dispute [2], submission date [3], and dispute reason [4].

  6. If the dispute is in In Progress status, it will display In Progress as a label and the current progress status [1]. You can also view additional details of the dispute [2] and provisional credit applied to your card [3].

7. If the dispute is in Closed status, it will display Closed as a label and the current progress status [1]. You can also view additional details of the dispute [2] and if the provisional credit was approved or reversed [3].
